Kitchen Management:

  • Control food costs by minimising waste, monitoring portion sizes, and implementing efficient production processes.
Quality Control and Food Safety:
  • Establish and enforce high-quality standards for all food offerings, maintaining consistency in taste, presentation, and portion sizes.
  • Monitor food handling, storage, and cooking practices to ensure compliance with food safety regulations and prevent contamination.
  • Conduct regular inspections of kitchen equipment and utensils, ensuring proper maintenance and sanitation.
Collaboration and Communication:
  • Collaborate with the restaurant management team to align culinary offerings with overall business goals, target market, and customer preferences.
